Maringá Cylinder Heads Technology is a genuinely Brazilian industry, active for 55 years in the manufacture of cast iron cylinder heads. It is recognized in this segment as the leading brand in sales and as the largest manufacturer of diesel engine cylinder heads for the independent replacement market in Latin America.

Initially founded in 1969 in the city of Maringá – PR, its activity was the recovery of cylinder heads for diesel engines. In this activity, the company accumulated vast know-how, expertise, and profound technical knowledge about cylinder head products for 10 years.

In 1979, the company moved to the city of Curitiba-PR with the clear objective of no longer recovering, but rather industrializing and manufacturing cylinder head products on a large scale as its main activity.

After the inauguration of its two manufacturing plants (foundry and machining), in 1985, the production of the first cast iron cylinder heads offered to the Brazilian replacement market was consolidated. Since then, intense investments in research and development have enabled the launch of a vast portfolio of new products and consolidated the MARINGÁ brand as the preferred brand among the leading reconditioners and repair shops for diesel engines in Brazil and worldwide.

Continuous investments in opening new markets have made MARINGÁ products internationally recognized, currently present in more than 30 countries around the world. Currently, 50% of the production capacity is directed towards exporting to markets such as the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Turkey, South Africa, Argentina, among others.
